Oneida Adventure Experience is dedicated and experienced

The
staff at Oneida Adventures understand that people learn
best through experience. By using a pre-assessment, our
specially trained facilitators design customized activities
called initiatives that stimulate specific issues your
group faces on a daily basis.

the initiatives, your group will have the opportunity
to put into use the skills learned throughout the adventure.
This new level of support, trust, accepting help and confidence
all come into play when you choose to climb one or more
of the 13 high elements on the course. Our outdoor as
well as indoor ropes facilities accommodate a diverse
range of teams. Everyone, from corporate executives to
children, have felt the learning. We understand that the
real work begins when the team leaves our facility and
returns to the work and school environment. The power
of our program lies in our ability to make the transference
of skills learned and practiced in the program to your
every day situations.
